How To Balance

Although meditation brings us into balance and helps us relax, we also need to be reasonably relaxed and balanced to meditate. The following techniques will help you clear your system of distracting energies so you can then meditate more deeply. Simple to do, only natural elements – water, air, earth and salt – are required.

Bad day at work? Take a few minutes and go outside, look at the sky, breathe the fresh air or, failing that, just look out the window. Notice the beauty of the sky, clouds and trees. Nature is naturally in balance so when we connect with it we balance too.
